This month’s collection is all about warm colors as we head into colder weather. Garnet, Pietersite, and Jasper feature shades of red while a few neutral stones round out the collection. There is a mix of some larger cabochons that are real statement pieces as well as more delicate designs that are perfect for everyday wear. The Ocean Jaspers are a personal favorite of mine this month. Ocean jasper, also known as orbicular jasper, is actually thought to be a rare form of chalcedony that often has circular “orb” patterns. It got its name because it was found near the ocean along Madagascar’s coast.
Along with the pieces above, I also added a few new chains, bracelets, and other silver pieces to the shop this month.
