Refund policy

Wise Handmade has a 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy--no questions asked.  Orders are eligible for returns and exchanges for 30 days after the order is delivered.  Orders must be returned in original condition to be eligible for full refund.  Follow the steps outlined below if you need to make a return:

1. Contact Wise Handmade to let us know you will be making a return.  If you need to make an exchange, let us know which item(s) you would like to exchange.  If the exchange value is less than the original, Wise Handmade will refund the difference.  If the exchange value is more than the original, buyer is responsible for paying the difference.

2. Wise Handmade will forward you a pre-paid printable USPS return shipping label.  You can use this label at no cost to you or you can provide your own return shipping if you prefer.  Note: If you provide your own form of return shipping, you must inform Wise Handmade of the return tracking number.  

3. Once Wise Handmade receives your original order, a full refund will be applied to your account for returns.  If you are making an exchange, the new item will ship within 3-5 business days after the original item is received along with any necessary price different payments if applicable.
