- New for Valentine's Day -
With Valentine's Day in just a couple of weeks, I wanted this collection to include plenty of reds and purples as well as some sweet little details scattered throughout the designs. You'll find the red-purple of Garnet in several of the new pieces as well as the deeper reds of Jasper. Two Labradorite one-of-a-kind pieces both feature shades of plummy purple. There is also a piece of Wonderstone Rhyolite with some great unique patterning.

To keep with the Valentine theme, several pieces include hearts this month. Some of the hearts are the focal point while others are more subtle hidden elements. There is a mix of both one-of-kind and made-to-order designs as well as a few limited edition designs. These limited edition designs will be available until I run out of the stones.

Here I am sawing out tiny little hearts for a new mixed metal pendant. Each heart is sawn by hand and slightly unique.

In this photo I am soldering the tiny brass hearts from the previous photo to a silver oval pendant.

Here I have just soldered the bezels to the backplates of two new pendants. The next step will be to clean and file the metal before soldering on bails.

In this image the pendants from the previous photograph have had bails and decorative elements added. They have been given a pre-polish and are ready for the cabochons to be set in place.
