I have set a Labradorite cabochon in sterling and fine silver. The teardrop stone is framed in two layers of textured sterling silver. The pendant is suspended from a handmade sterling silver chain.
Each link of the chain has been formed, soldered, and hammered one a time. The silver has been oxidized and polished to create an aged patina finish.
The Labradorite stone measures about 22x27mm. It has a deep gray internal body with flashes of aqua and blue as light moves across its surface.
