Sterling Silver Rainbow Moonstone Necklace | One-of-a-Kind Natural Stone Marquise Pendant

This pendant necklace has been created from a genuine Rainbow Moonstone cabochon and solid sterling silver. The natural stone has a translucent white base with flashes of blue as light moves across the surface.  The moonstone is framed by a lined silver border.  The pendant features a hidden bail on the back of the pendant for a minimalist style.  I have made this one-of-a-kind pendant by sawing, soldering, texturing, and finishing the design entirely by hand.  The silver has been oxidized and polished to create an antique patina finish.

The pendant is suspended from a sterling silver chain.  The chain features a lobster claw clasp and a 3-inch extender allowing it to be slightly adjustable from between 16-19 inches.  Note that the total length is measured from end-to-end and includes all parts of chain and clasp.

The necklace photographed is shown at an 18-inch length modeled on a women's size S/M mannequin with a 14-inch neck circumference.
