Sterling Silver Opal Necklace - Handmade Simulated Opal Pendant on Sterling Silver Chain

A simulated opal cabochon has been set in sterling and fine silver.  I have made this unique necklace by sawing, soldering, texturing, and finishing the design entirely by hand.  Pendant hangs from a sterling silver chain.  The silver has been oxidized and polished to create a patina finish.

Cabochon Size: About 8mm

The necklace features a lobster claw clasp and a 3-inch extender allowing it to be slightly adjustable.  Select your length when ordering.  Note that the total length is measured from end-to-end and includes all parts of chain and clasp.

The necklace photographed is shown at an 18-inch length modeled on a women's size S/M mannequin with a 14-inch neck circumference.
